Surfing Therapy

Surfing therapy is a different perspective about conventional surfing. During the session we look at several aspects of the surfing- The first one is on the surfing technique dimension (Behavioral); maneuvers, style, body holding, etc. The second one is on the cognitive dimension; decision making, position taking in the water and on the surfboard itself, attention, etc. The third dimension refers to feelings in the water; fear, anxiety, ADHD, Happiness and joy, calm and peaceful, etc.     

Stand up paddle- A combination of surfboard and a kayak, which allows the paddelist to raw and  surf, while working on focusing, balancing, and allows to relate to fears, anxiety etc.. 

Surfboard- a board which is designed to ride waves, raw with your hands and staying in the sea. It gives the surfer a quiet sense of calming experience, combining adrenaline and satisfaction.
